William "Bill" Suns

William “Bill” Suns, age 72 of Seymour, passed away on Thursday, October 23rd at his home. Born March 18, 1942 in Kentucky, he was the son of Bryce and Dora Suns. Bill was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the American Legion, VFW and the Eagles Club. He enjoyed racing and fishing. Survivors include his children, Brian (Shirley) Suns of Kokomo and Bonnie Warriner of North Vernon; Sister, Dorothy Moore; Grandchildren include Scotty, Elizabeth, Derek, Erica, Emma, Eric, Mark, Brittany and Brandon. Bill also had several great-grandchildren. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, son, Douglas Suns; brother Charles Suns; sisters, Leona Sharp, Dorothy Moore and Jean Suns; grandson Dalton Cody Warriner. The family will have a gathering for friends from 2:00pm until 4:00pm on Friday, October 31st at the Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre at 311 Holiday Sq. Rd. in Seymour. A service will be at 4:00pm on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at a later time in Springer Cemetery in Columbus.
