Wanda Faye Meyers

Wanda Faye Meyers, age 56 of Brownstown, passed away on Thursday, July 17th at her home. She was born on October 7, 1957 in Baltimore, MD to Corey and Marie (Riggleman) France. She worked at Ben Franklin in Seymour for 20 years until they closed and then worked at Cash Advance in Seymour for five years. Wanda loved music, especially the Beatles and Jimmy Buffett and attended many concerts. She also loved to play cards of all kinds and games with family and friends. Wanda is survived by her mother, Marie France of Connersville; three children, Jason (Valerie) Meyers of Brownstown, Jeremy (Lora) Meyers of Sellersburg and Jennifer Meyers of Hawaii. She also had five grandchildren, Tyler, Emily, Peyton, Dylan and Gavin; three brothers, Ed (Denise) France of Cincinnati, Bill (Linda) France of Michigan and Covy (Angel) France of Gallatin, TN; a sister, Sharon (Ron) Hutson of Cincinnati; and a good friend, Curt Hattabaugh; a good friend and caregiver, Becky Kirts. A gathering to celebrate Wanda’s life will be held on Saturday, July 26th from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at the Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre at 311 Holiday Sq. Rd. in Seymour.
