Tina Lou Jolean Geabes, age 25 of Seymour, passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at home. Born March 3, 1993 in Seymour, she was the daughter of John Geabes, Sr and Tammy (Edwards) Doty.
Tina enjoyed catfishing and shooting guns. She loved spending time with daughter and her family.
Survivors include her mother, Tammy (Jason) Doty of Seymour; father, John Geabes, Sr of Seymour; daughter, Serenity Dunn; siblings, John Geabes, Jr. and Katilyn Geabes both of Seymour and Jacent Doty of Columbus; maternal grandparents, Donald “Joe” & Linda Butler; paternal grandparents, Lonnie & Linda Doty; aunts & uncles, Sara & Doug Gregory, Ronald & Kim Stevens, John & Ethel Edwards, Scott & Suzann Geabes, Louann Sams and Laurie & Jason Schroer. Tina also leaves behind numerous cousins, Brittany, R.J., Delilah, Lutisha, Josh, Katie, Hali, Jessie and Josh; several aunts & uncles.
Tina was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, George & Lou Ellen Geabes; great-grandparents, Claudie & Nancy Edwards, Donald E. & Rosie Butler, aunt, Theresa Gosnell, uncles, Clyde Butler and Johnny Butler.
Brother Gary Dyer will conduct services at 11:00am on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre in Seymour. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and on Thursday from 10:00am until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Riverview Cemetery.
