Therma (Everhart) Donahue, 102 of Scottsburg, widow of Loren Donahue, died September 28, 2011 in Nicholasville, KY. She was born August 29, 1909 in Scott County to the late George C. and Edith Spears Everhart. Therma was a homemaker and seamstress and was a member of Scottsburg Christian Church and Farm Bureau.
Survivors include two children, Allen (Alice) Donahue of Scottsburg and Myrtle Boggess of Nicholasville, KY; a son in law, Morris Rose of Scottsburg; eight grandchildren: Kenny Rose (Monique), Chuck Rose (Connie), Pat Bates (Dan), Bronnaja Boggess, Lonnie Donahue (Freda), Cindy Page (Gary),Andy Donahue, and Amy Sams; ten great grandchildren: Chris Rose (Libby), Katie Rose, Christa West (Evan), Laura Justice (Tristan), Eliza Donahue, Georgia Page, Aaron Bates, Torrie Bates, Packy Page (Michele), and Garrett Page (Carrie); and thirteen great great grandchildren: Madison Rose, Evi Rose, Sophie Rose, Mileigh Rose, Caden Rose, Allison Justice, Emily Justice, Caroline Justice, Mason West, Landon Donahue, Kennedy Page, Keely Page, and Jackson Page.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and daughter, Juanita Rose; a brother & a sister..
Services will be held at 10:00am Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Stewart & Hoagland Funeral Home in Scottsburg with Kenny Rose officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and on Saturday from 9:00am until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Scottsburg Cemetery.
