Terry Lee Mcknight

Terry Lee McKnight, age 60 of Seymour, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, January 7, 2014. Born November 17, 1953 in Scottsburg, he was the son of Haskell Ray and Rosella K. (Atkins) McKnight. On November 10, 2006 at the 1st Church of God in Seymour, he married Debra Faye Michael. For the last three years, he was a member of the Victory Missionary Baptist Church in Seymour. He had a woodworking business making crafts, windmills and various other wood projects. He also worked as a cook in the restaurant business and drove truck. Terry enjoyed to fish, camp and study his bible. Survivors include his wife, Debra; mother Rosella of Seymour; son, Chad (Dee) Bauer of Indianapolis; daughter Lucinda Estes of Seymour; three grandchildren, Damon Estes, Deonna Estes and Chad David Bauer. Terry also leaves behind his four legged son, Gizmo. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 9th from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at the Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre in Seymour. The services will be on Friday at 11:00am at the Victory Missionary Baptist Church at 312 Myers Street. Burial will follow services at the Union Presbyterian Cemetery in Westport. Memorials can be made to the Don & Dana Myers Cancer Center or to the Disabled Veterans Wish Foundation of Indiana care of the funeral home
