Tamara "Tammy" Jo (Collier) Hillenburg

Tamara "Tammy" Jo (Collier) Hillenburg, age 60, a native and resident of Seymour, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at The Waters of Scottsburg. She was born on April 21, 1962 to the late Herman Collier and the late Nilah (Farwig) Collier.

She was a Christian by faith. Tammy loved the outdoors, plants and dogs. She loved holidays and decorating her yard with seasonal decorations. She loved cooking and was famous for her salmon patties, pork chops and gravy.

She is survived by her two daughters, Megan Strong and her husband David of Seymour, Indiana, Kelsi Day and her husband Brandon of Seymour, Indiana. Two step daughters, Jennifer Borcherding of Seymour, Indiana and Carrie Hernandez of Columbus, Indiana. Three brothers, Keith Collier and his wife Janine of Indianapolis, Indiana, Bill Collier and his wife Cynthia of Greenwood, Indiana and Joel Collier and his wife Samantha of Seymour, Indiana. One sister, Kris Quinn of Nashville, Indiana.

Six grand Children, Brian Strong, Braydon Hillenburg, Bailey Lush, Blake Lush, Callie Strong and Noah Lush.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, David Mark Quinn.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 24, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM with services beginning at 12:00 PM, Pastor Jim Hudson will officiate.

She will be inurned at Riverview Cemetery.
