Shirley A. Gentry, age 80 of Seymour, passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at the Lutheran Community Home. Born September 6, 1936, she was the daughter of Lawrence Melloncamp and Edith (Waggoner) Tormoehlen.
Shirley was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her children, Barb Dunfee of Seymour, Dewayne (Troy) Nolan-Watkins of Indianapolis, Teresa (Bob) Hall of Noblesville, Ed (Holly) Nolan of Seymour and Dawn (Jerry) Wischmeier of Brownstown; grandchildren, Jeremiah McMculley, Tiffany (Todd) Combs, Mataya Nolan-Watkins, Will Nolan-Watkins, Eli Nolan-Watkins, Sophia Nolan-Watkins, Sommer Peters, Kamy (Greg) Lane, Sheena (Jake Nemyer) Peters, Christian (Madison Hamblin) Peters, Dakota Hall, Derek Hall, Devon Hall, Justin Nolan, Mariah Nolan, Jerrica Wischmeier and Colton Wischmeier; great-grandchildren, Kennedy Ozbun, Cole Ozbun, Cadence Ownbey, Easton Combs, Collier Peters, Sutton Lane, Kade Nemyer and Nash Nemyer; sister, Jeanne McCormick of Seymour.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Janet Littiken, Marie Cross.
Pastors Ralph Blomenberg, Philip Bloch and Jimmy Rodriguez will conduct services at 2:00pm on Monday, September 19, 2016 at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre at 311 Holiday Sq. Rd. in Seymour. Visitation will be on Monday from 12:00pm until service time. Burial will follow services at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
