Ryan K Taylor

Ryan Keith Taylor, age 32 of Hanover, passed away on February 27, 2015 at Kings Daughter Hospital. Born January 18, 1983 in Killeen, Texas, he was the son of Timothy and Debbie (Reardon) Taylor. A 2002 graduate of Southwestern High School, Ryan loved reading science fiction and history. He lived by the motto that “Knowledge is Power”. Ryan also enjoyed watching Nascar especially, Jeff Gordon and Jimmy Johnson. He could be found many times on Facebook or gaming on the internet and liked his dragons, liked to draw, cooking and family. Ryan is survived by his parents; maternal grandparents, Gilbert and Sharon Reardon of Hanover; aunts and uncles, Penny & Kevin Mahoney, Brian & Tamra Reardon, Dolly & Mike Moore and Jesse “Bub” & Shannon Taylor; cousins, Andy (Justine) Mahoney, Katey Mahoney, Jordan (Montanna) Reardon, Justin (Lydia) Reardon, Ashley Reardon, Jessica Ehrnreiter, Curtis Mann, Josh (Lisa) Taylor, Chelsea Gesell, Chase Newman and adopted cousin Jonathan Nelson. Ryan also had several second cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Mary Jane and Clifford C.“Tip” Taylor. A gathering for friends will be from 4:00pm until 8:00pm on Tuesday, March 3, 2014 at Woodlawn-Vail Family Funeral Centre at 2800 Michigan Road. A celebration of Ryan’s life will be on Wednesday at the funeral home at 11:00am with a visitation one hour prior. At Ryan’s request, he asked that those attending his service refrain from wearing black and wear colorful clothing for his celebration. Burial will follow services at Grandview Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, friends can make a donation in Ryan’s honor to the Muscular Dystrophy Association in care of the funeral home.
