Roseanna George

Roseanna George, 70, of Norman, passed away Friday, May 13, 2016, at her home.
Born Jan. 28, 1946, in Anderson, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Boone.
She was married twice. Her first marriage was to John Gaffney, and that ended in divorce. She later married Jerry George, and he preceded her in death.

She loved to sew and cook and at one time was the owner of a diner. She also had taken some art classes in college.

Survivors include a daughter, Heidi (Jimmy) Teegarden of Colorado; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Kathy Garza of Seymour.

She was preceded in death by two daughters, Autumn Stump and Amber Marie Mikles.

At this time, there are no public services scheduled. Cremation has been chosen and burial of her remains will occur at a later date at Liberty Cemetery in Norman.
