Ronald Shelton

Ronald L. Shelton, age 64 of Brownstown, passed away Monday, March 9, 2015 at Hoosier Christian Village in Brownstown. Born July 25, 1950 in Seymour, he was the son of William Clifford and Martha Jean (Banks) Shelton-Harrell. Ron attended the Brownstown Apostolic Pentecostal Church. He was retired from driving truck coast to coast. Survivors include his mother Martha; sons, Ronald Wesley, James Robert and William Andrew; daughters, Mary Jo, Martha, Melissa, and Rebecca; brother, James Shelton; several grandkids, great-grandkids and nieces and nephews. Ron was preceded in death by his father; two sisters, Zella Sue Lebline and Martha Ann Shelton; Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre at 311 Holiday Sq. Rd. in Seymour. Pastor John Bowling will conduct a funeral service at 1:00pm on Thursday at the funeral home with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Brownstown. Memorials can be made to the Ronald Shelton Memorial Fund.
