Ronald Francis Pearson

Ronald Francis “Fran” Pearson, age 52 of Freetown, passed away suddenly on Monday, June 29th in Pendleton, Indiana. Born August 17, 1962 in Seymour, he was the son of Ronald J. Pearson and Iris Dianne (Anderson) Gilliam. Fran attended Freetown Church of Christ and was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting and fishing and spending time with friends. He is survived by his mother, Dianne and step-father Byron Gilliam of Freetown; children, Chasity (Charles) Muns of Edinburgh, April Rose, Nicole Pearson, Ronny Jo Pearson, Courtney Rose, Ronald Francis Pearson, Jr. all of Freetown; Step-son, Michael Pruitt of Edinburgh; grandchildren, Jayli, Jasmine and Jocelyn; siblings, Tammy Dianne (Georgia) Pearson, Douglas Scott Pearson and Tanya Dionne McDonald all of Freetown. Fran also had several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Pastor Barry Dewitt will conduct funeral services at 11:00am on Friday, July 3rd at the Woodlawn Freetown Funeral Chapel at 4595 W. 2nd Street. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at the funeral home and then on Friday from 10:00am until service time. Burial will follow services at the Freetown Cemetery.
