Roger D Haws

Roger D Haws, age 62 of Jonesville, passed away at Schneck Medical Center on Wednesday, September 14, 2016. Born May 26, 1954 in Columbus, Indiana, he was the son of Joe Haws and Betty Jean (Richardson) Haws.

At this time of his death, Roger was working at OReilly Auto Parts in Seymour. Formerly, he was at Autozone and ASE Master Technician and had worked at many auto dealers around the area. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, Eagles, and American Legion. In his spare time, Roger enjoyed working on cars, fishing, and spending time with grandkids.

Survivors include his children, Richard Keck of Seymour, Robert (Sheila) Haws of Jonesville, William (Amanda) Haws of Seymour; sisters, Kimela S. Taylor of Seymour, Misty (Casey) Wischmeier and Angie (Marty) Stuckwisch; grandchildren, Cody Matthews, Arrin Matthews, Mattheu Matthews, Justin Joy, Kienan Joy, Elijah Haws and John Haws; great-granddaughter, Payten Joy. Roger also had several nieces, nephews and cousins. Roger also leaves his best friend since childhood, Jack Reynolds.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Services will be held at 4:OOpm on Sunday, September 18, 2018 at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre. Visitation will be 1:00pm until service time Sunday at the funeral home.
