Robert “Bobby” D. McQueary Robert “Bobby” Darrell McQueary, age 51 of Madison, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2014 at his residence. Born February 16, 1963 in Lancaster, Kentucky, he was the son of Cecil Harrison and Darlene Marie (Broaddus) McQueary, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by one niece Anna June Graves, two cousins Samuel “Sammy” McCane and Billy Joe Mcqueary; his father- in- law George Edward Prather and his brother- in- law George Edward Prather Jr. Bobby attended Trimble County High School until his sophomore year, then he attended Madison Consolidated High School graduating in 1979. Bobby then married the love of his life Betty (Prather) McQueary on July 13, 1980. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, his granddaughter was his best friend and he always told his family he loved them. Bobby was a very hard working man, working for Asplundh for sixteen years. He took pride in his home and his garage, he enjoyed fishing, watching NASCAR, and he was a fan of Jeff Gordon and the Cincinnati Bengals. He was a member of the New Life Fellowship Community Church in Madison. SURVIVORS He is survived by his wife Betty (Prather) McQueary of Madison; his daughter Christina Hope Watterson and her husband Wesley of Madison; two sisters Teri Ann Graves and her husband Garnie of Madison and Ceneita Cheryl Tingle and her husband Tony of Milton; his brother Joseph Layne McQueary of Milton; three grandchildren Skyler Robert McQueary, Natasha Faith Watterson and Alex James Watterson; his mother- in- law Mae J. Prather of Clarksville along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. SERVICES Pastor Scott Kollmann will conduct funeral service at 11:00 am Tuesday December 30, 2014 at the Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre-Vail Chapel, 2800 Michigan Road, with interment in the Grandview Memorial Gardens Cemetery. VISITATION Friends and family may call at the funeral home Monday December 29, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and on Tuesday from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00pm at the Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre, 2800 Michigan Road. EXPRESSIONS OF SYMPATHY Memorial contributions can be made to the New Life Fellowship Contribution cards will be available at the Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre-Vail Chapel.
