Rita K. Wyman

Rita K. Wyman, age 72 of Seymour formerly of Brownstown, passed away on April 22, 2015 at Columbus Regional Hospital. Born July 3, 1942 in Salem, Indiana, she was the daughter of Nolan and Edith (Cornwell) Baker. Rita had been married to the late Ivan Wyman. She enjoyed working puzzles, gardening, watching hummingbirds and took great joy in taking care of her grandchildren. Rita leaves behind two daughters, Carla Jill Otte and Teresa Cantu both of Seymour; sisters, Anna Mary Riblen and Iris Baker both of Florida; grandchildren, Ashley Lord and her husband Derek, Heather Zieleniuk, Mia and Miles Cantu, Katelyn and Tiffany Otte; great-grandchildren, Mason and Hallston Lord. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Irvin Baker, Carolyn DePew and Shirley Barrett. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre at 311 Holiday Sq. Rd. Visitation will be on Friday from 5:00pm until 7:00pm and from 10:00am Saturday until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow service at Riverview Cemetery.
