Richard "Heavy" Johnson

Richard Lynn “Heavy” Johnson, 62 of Seymour, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2020. Born August 20, 1957 in Seymour he was the son of Wyatt Amos “Sam” Johnson and Doris Louise (Keck) Johnson.
Richard enjoyed having a good time, drinking PBR and hanging out with his friends. He was a frequent flyer of the Chatterbox and enjoyed riding Motorcycles, especially Harley Davidsons. Richard worked for 16 years at Aisin U.S.A. Mfg., Inc.
Richard leaves behind his wife, Kristan Leigh (Likens) Johnson whom he married December 6, 2010; his mother Doris Johnson of Seymour; his daughter Jamie; his step son, Kyrtus Likens and his wife Amanda of Brownstown; his sister, Rebecca Stamper and her husband David of Seymour; his grandson, Gavin; his nephews, Stephen Johnson and his wife Angie and Thomas Murray and many more friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, his brother Donald and Mike Johnson and his step father, Kenneth Johnson
Pastor Van Breeding will conduct funeral services at 7:00PM Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre. Visitation will be held on Tuesday after 4:00PM until the time of service at 7:00PM at the funeral home.
