Rebecca Wheeler

Rebecca Sue "Boo Boo"(MIller) Wheeler, age 66, a native of Seymour, Indiana and a resident of Brownstown, Indiana, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023 at Norton Hospital. She was born on September 30, 1957 to the late James Miller and the late Agnes (Russell) Miller. She was a member of Full Gospel Apostolic Church in Brownstown for over 26 years and loved her church and Lord Jesus very much. She was a fun loving, firm and straightforward lady that loved life.

She enjoyed shopping, baking her famous "Robert Redford" cake or cooking her famous southern style cooking.

She is survived by her beloved husband of over 49 years, Dennis Wheeler of Brownstown, Indiana. Three brothers, Donald Miller and his wife Cathie of Seymour, Indiana, Roger Miller and his wife Faye of Bloomington, Indiana and Billy Miller of Austin, Indiana. Two sisters, Sandra Caudill of Seymour, Indiana and Deborah Jones and her husband Tony of Brownstown, Indiana. 

One great niece that she loved as her own granddaughter. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Bryan Scott Wheeler, two brothers, Johnnie Miller and Ronald Miller. Two sisters, Darlene Monroe and Brenda Allman.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 22, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Christensen Family Funeral Home - Winklepleck Chapel. Funeral Services will begin at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Samuel Allman officiating. She will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery in Brownstown, Indiana.
