Randy Joel Miller

Randy Joel Miller, age 71 of Seymour, passed away peacefully at 5:20pm on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at St. Franciscan Hospital in Indianapolis. Born April 2, 1945 in Seymour, he was the son of Willard and Lela (Robison) Miller.

He graduated from Brownstown High School in 1963. He retired from Kieffer Paper Mills, where he served as Union President in Brownstown. His favorite hobbies were fishing, hunting, cooking and flea markets and auctions.

He was the loving father to Tammy (Randy) Colliver of Clarksville, TN. He was an attentive grandfather to Erica (Greg) Montelione of New Port Richey, FL, Samantha (Jessie) Jimenez, Jamie Helton, and Hannah Helton all of Clarksville, TN; He was proud great-grandfather of Jaxson and Penelope Jimenez of Clarksville, TN; a brother, Joe (Judy) Miller of Brownstown; sisters, Karen Brock of Lakeland, FL and Sharon Anderson of Pablo, MT. He also leaves behind seven nieces and nephews, two great nieces and two great nephews.

Randy was preceded in death by both parents, a brother, Ron Miller.

A private celebration of life will be held for family and close friends. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made at the funeral home to the American Heart Association.
