Paul Willis Edwards

Paul Willis Edwards, age 61, a native of Chicago, Ill and a resident of Seymour, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at his residence. He was born on October 23, 1960 to the late Mose Edwards and the late Vird Lee (Cooper) Edwards.
He was a Christian by faith and served his Country proudly in the United States Army Reserves.
Paul will forever be remembered as a good man with a wonderful sense of humor. He was cheerful, positive and quite the conversationalist. He loved western movies and music of all kinds. He was very proud of his daughter with her singing and song writing abilities. He was an exceptional cook and especially grilling ribs, steaks and brats and made a fantastic BBQ sauce.
He is survived by his daughter, Gia Edwards of Culver City, California, two brothers, Michael Edwards of Lincoln, Nebraska and Barrett Edwards and his wife Heather of Lafayette, Indiana. One sister, Vivian Peppers and her husband Robert of Omaha, Nebraska. Three grandchildren, Zytel Edwards Boyd, Meela Edwards Boyd and Mason Edwards Boyd. Two nieces, Royal Minor and Ariana Peppers and one nephew, Ryan Peppers. His dear friend, wife and mother of his daughter, GiGi of Los Angeles, California.
In honor of his wishes, cremation was chosen and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre has been entrusted with the arrangements.
