Mary "Debbie" Moser, age 60 a vibrant spirit whose laughter and tales filled the hearts of all who knew her, departed this world on November 8, 2024, at Community South Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. Born on May 24, 1964, in the quaint town of Bedford, Indiana, Debbie was a force of nature, a beacon of light whose outgoing personality and fierce independence left an indelible mark on countless lives.
A proud graduate of Seymour High School, class of 1982, Debbie exemplified the art of connection. With an innate ability to engage anyone in conversation, she delighted in sharing stories that wove together the fabric of her life. Whether reminiscing about cherished moments with family and friends or recounting her latest adventures, she possessed a captivating gift for storytelling that brought joy to every gathering.
Debbie's passions extended beyond words; she reveled in the pleasures of life – from savoring delicious food to indulging in the joy of shopping. Her zest for life was unmistakable, invigorating those around her and reminding them to embrace the beauty of everyday moments.
She leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory: her sister Carol Moser, her sister Anita Root and her husband Norman, and her cherished nieces Jennifer Snyder and her husband Chris, Alissa Root, Adrienne Burden and her husband Joe, and Abby Benoit and her husband Andre. Additionally, Debbie was a proud aunt to her nephew Eric Oven, and she delighted in the joy brought by her five great nephews and two great nieces. Her bond with best friend Reda Tankersley, a friendship that flourished for over 35 years, will forever echo in the memories they shared.
Debbie was preceded in death by her devoted parents, Robert and Marilyn (Williams) Moser, and her beloved sister, Peggy Owens. Their absence now serves as a poignant reminder of the love that surrounded her throughout her life.
As we reflect on Debbie's life, we remember a woman who truly embodied warmth and vitality, a soul that effortlessly brought people together. Though her journey has come to an end, the stories she shared will linger on, narrated by those she so deeply touched.
