Mary Margaret Dixon

Mary Margaret Dixon, 79 of Brownstown, passed away on Tuesday, August 21, 2019, at Hoosier Christian Village. She was born April 19, 1940, in Brownstown, Indiana, the daughter of the late Walter “Hawk” and Opal L. (Acton) Smith.
Mary married Ronald H. Dixon on June 5, 1967, and he preceded her in death May 30, 2004.
Mary worked in Assembly at US Shoes. She enjoyed fishing and hunting and loved to sing and spend time with her family.
She is survived by her son, Clyde (Barbara) LeMarr, four grandchildren, Michael Ray LeMarr, Jr., Jason Lee (Sara) LeMarr, Brian Douglas LeMarr and Matthew Alan (Chancla) LeMarr; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son, Michael Ray LeMarr, Sr., granddaughter-in-law, Melissa A. LeMarr, and a great-grandchild, Olivia Marie LeMarr.
Services will be conducted Friday, August 23, 2019, at 1:00 PM at Winklepleck & Brock Funeral Home with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Friday after 11:00 AM until time of service.
Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
