Marlene Sue (Bryant) Robinson

Marlene Sue (Bryant) Robinson, 83, a resident of Crown Point IN and formerly a resident of Scottsburg IN, passed away October 17 2022 in Crown Point IN. She was born May 8 1939, in Washington County IN, to the late Raymond Bryant and the late Ola Matthews Bryant. She was married to the late Paul E Robinson on April 21 1956 and at his death October 11 2009 they had celebrated 53 years of marriage. She had attended Austin High School. Marlene had previously been employed as a retail clerk with the Scottsburg Walmart store. She loved antiquing, gardening, shopping and collecting Teddy Bears. Surviving to cherish her memory is sons Paul E Robinson, Jr. and wife Gail of Crown Point IN and Jason Robinson & wife Debbie of Winter Garden FL; a daughter Tammy Fiest of Foley AL; grandchildren Cory, Anna, Joshua, Sara, Leah, Jacob, Zachary; 9 great grandchildren; brothers Junior Bryant and wife Peggy, Jerry Bryant & wife Patty; and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Paul E.; brother Theodore Bryant (Evie).

Pastor Judy Howard Stater will conduct the Funeral Service  at NOON, Saturday, March 18 2023 at Christensen-Hoagland Funeral Home, 80 N 1st St., Scottsburg IN 47170. Visitation for the public will be 11am - NOON, Saturday, March 18 2023 at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at New Providence Cemetery.
