Marilyn K. Followell

Marilyn K. Followell, age 73 of Freetown, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Seymour Crossing. Born August 10, 1944 in Indiana she was the daughter of Leslie and Mary (Mobley) Followell.
Marilyn was a member of the Freetown Nazarene Church for many years. She enjoyed going to church and visiting with friends and family members.
Marilyn is survived by her niece Danette Mensendiek and husband Max of Columbus; nephews, David D. Fisher and wife Misty of Vincennes and Doug fisher and wife Lori of Brownstown; her brother in law, David L. (Janet) Fisher of Norman; great nieces and nephews, David M. (Ashley) Fisher, Meagan (Jessie) Fisher, Nathan Reeves, Zachary Fisher, Dustin Fisher, Dolan (Lorelynn) Fisher, Nicholas Mensendiek and Noah Mensendiek; several great-great nieces, nephews and friends, including Carol Scott, Sharon Yost and Paula Henderson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister Carolyn R. Fisher and a great-niece Hailey Reeves.
Pastor Dale Braker will conduct funeral services at 2:00pm on Friday, September 1, 2017 at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre. Visitation will be on Friday, September 1, 2017 from 12:00 pm until until service time at 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be held at a later date at Houston Cemetery.
