Marilyn A. Davis

On Saturday March 02, 2019, Marilyn A. Davis, loving wife and mother of four children passed away peacefully at the Lutheran Community Home. She was 82 years old.

Marilyn was born in Bedford, Indiana on November 10, 1936 to Homer and Pearl (Collins) Grubb. On September 16, 1956 she married Rudy E. Davis. They celebrated 54 years of marriage before Rudy's death in 2012. She is survived by her four children, Dianne Klaes (Dr. Chris Klaes) Brownstown, IN., Tracie Sexson (Dr. Steve Sexson) Fishers, IN., Col. Kevin Davis (Lisa) Danville, IN., and Karen Spell (Brian) Simpsonville, SC. 7 Grandchildren: Dr. Katie Klaes, Dr. Carly Klaes (Fiancé, Dr. Michael Taylor), John Scott IV (Emily), Jennifer Scott, Jarred Scott, Jackson Davis and Sloan Spell. 1 great-grandchild, Jack Scott. Also surviving are 2 brothers, Homer Grubb Jr., Robert Grubb, both of Bedford.

Per her request there will not be a funeral. A private memorial will be held at a later date. We would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of the Lutheran Community Home and Schneck Medical Center Hospice for their excellent care of our Mother.
