Maria Salinas Solis

Maria Salinas Solis, age 58 of Seymour and formely of Mexico, passed away on June 10, 2015 at Schneck Medical Center. Born June 2, 1957 in Teloloapan Guerrero, she was the duaghter of Daniel Salinas Real and Benita Solis Delgado. Maria was married to Edmundo Lara Estrada. Maria had lived in Seymour for 20 years coming from Mexico. She was a member of the St. Ambrose Catholic Church and had worked at Excel Manufacturing. Survivors include her husband, Edmundo; sons, Miguel Jaime Lara Salinas and Oscar Lara Salinas; daughter Maribel Lara Salinas; brothers, Juan Salinas Solis and Luis Salinas Solis; sisters, Asalia Salinas Solis and Olga Salinas Solis. Grandchildren, Ricardo Alan Lara, Kaylynn Zarate, Michael Lara, Anais Lara, Miguel Lara, Oscar Lara, Itzel Zarate and Sergio Zarate. Visitation for Maria will be on Wednesday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre at 311 Holiday Sq. Rd. and then on Thursday from 9:00am until 11:00am at St. Ambrose Catholic Church. Father Dan Staublin will have mass at 11:00am at St. Ambrose Catholic Church.
