Marcia Ann Hawkins

Marcia Ann Hawkins, age 61 of Seymour, passed away on Saturday, July 18th at her home. Born May 27, 1954 in Seymour, she was the daughter of Robert and Mary Lou (Nichter) Coombs. Marcia was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Seymour. She was employed in housekeeping at Seymour Place in Seymour. Marcia had many interests including gardening, knitting, crossword puzzles, watching movies and playing computer games. She especially likes reading and was a member of a book club. Marcia was a fan of the Oakland Raiders and Purdue basketball, but her biggest passion was the Dallas Cowboys. Survivors include her three children, Aaron Scott Hawkins of North Vernon, Adam (Stacey) Hawkins of Columbus and Hannah (John) McKee of Osgood. Marcia also had four siblings, Steve (Diane) Coombs of Seymour, Patty (Keith) Whipker of Columbus, Ava Caudill of Seymour and Brenda (Tony) Selby of Seymour; 15 grandchildren, Alexis Means, Teighlor Darnall, Piper Hawkins, Kimberly Zachelmeyer, MaCayla Hawkins, Michael Hawkins, Kyler Hawkins, Adison Hawkins, Benjamin Hawkins, Isabelle McKee, Emma McKee, Samuel McKee, Zaine McKee, Britni McKee and Rilee McKee. She was preceded in death by her parents; her fiancé, Rick Cameron. Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday July 23, 2015 at 11:00am at the Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre. Visitation will be from 4:00pm until 8:00pm on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre at 311 Holiday Sq. Rd. and on Thursday from 10:00am until service time. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Memorials can be made at the funeral home to the Marcia Hawkins Memorial Fund.
