Lloyd Stewart Robbins, age 55 of Brownstown and formerly of Seymour, passed away at 2:12am on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at his home surrounded by his wife and family. Lloyd was born on February 11, 1961 in Seymour to Morton L. “Jimmer” and Susan (Nunn) Robbins. On June 15, 1981, he married the love of his life, Patricia Kay “Patty” Allman.
Lloyd was a graduate of Seymour high school where he was in the high school marching band. Lloyd was retired from the Walmart Distribution Center after 20 years of service. Everyone that knew Lloyd knew his love for music, especially rock and roll. He played as a one-man band and played a lot of instruments, especially guitar, harmonica and drums. This was a passion he shared with his son. Lloyd also enjoyed spending free time doing wood working and riding his motorcycle. Family and friends were very important to Lloyd.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Patty Robbins; his parents, Jimmer and Susan Robbins of Seymour; his son, Lloyd Stewart “Junior” (Brittany Lentini) Robbins of Seymour; two sisters, Mary JoAnne (Jerry) Guffey of Seymour and Callie Suzanne (Jim) Breeding of Brownstown; two sister-in-laws, Kimberly Gail (Tony) Winchester of Austin and Terrie Allman of Seymour; one brother-in-law, Tom Allman, Jr of Seymour. Lloyd also left behind two grandchildren, Zeppelin Robbins and Kolton Baughman.
