Linda J Bear

Linda J. Bear Linda Jean (Baker) Bear, age 66 of Madison, passed away on Sunday February 15, 2015. Linda entered life on February 24, 1948 in Madison; she was the loving daughter of James Edward and Bessie M. (Wilson) Baker who preceded her in death. Linda was a member of the North Madison Christian Church and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post #9. She enjoyed crochet, sewing, cooking and baking cookies. She thought the world of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include her daughters, Tammy Lynn Kloss and her husband Charles of Hanover, Karen Marie Haukins of New Washington and Kimberly Bear of Louisville; her sons Jim Lee Bear and Cecil Edward Bear both of Madison; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Megan, Nicholas, Howard Wayne, Justin, Brittanie, Vanessa, Carmen, Alexis, JJ, Kristian, Jessie, McKayla and Kimberly and four great-grandchildren. Pastor Bob Hicks will conduct funeral services at 11:00 am Friday February 20, 2015 at the Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre at 2800 Michigan Road, with interment at New Prospect Cemetery. Friends and family may call at Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre Thursday February 19, 2015 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and after 10:00 am Friday until the time of service at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to the New Prospect Cemetery Association. Contribution cards will be available at the funeral home.
