Lena Mae Boldery Lena Mae (Rowlett) Boldery, age 82 of Milton, passed away on Wednesday April 22, 2015 at Hanover Health & Rehab Nursing Facility. Lena entered life on May 27, 1932 in Trimble County, Kentucky; she was the loving daughter of Albert and Lottie (Williams) Rowlett who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband Orba Lee Boldery whom she married on April 16, 1949 and who passed away April 25, 1991; her seven brothers, James “Freddie”, Leonard, William “Pete”, Virgil, Carroll Ray, Cecil and Nelson Rowlett; one son in law, Edward Gregory Rocca in 2008; one grandson Aaron Rocca in 2010 and one great granddaughter, Jasmine Johnson. Lena worked for many years at Butler Furniture in Carrollton, Kentucky and later at the Madison Country Club. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses since 1961 and she enjoyed talking with people about God’s hope for the future. SURVIVORS Survivors include her two daughters Barbara Rocca and Brenda Land and her husband Steve both of Milton, Kentucky; her son Leonard Boldery and his wife Angela of Seymour, Indiana; two sisters Mary B. Heitz and Norma L. Baker both of Columbus, Indiana; five grand children, Tina N. Johnson, Tiniki Jo Boldery, Leonard Bradley Boldery, Derek Land and Dana Vonch; three great grandchildren, Tayten Vonch, Landen Vonch and John Edward Johnson and several nieces and nephews. SERVICES A memorial service will be held for Lena at 4:00 pm Sunday May 3, 2015 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2924 Clifty Drive with interment at Moffett Cemetery in Milton, Kentucky at a later date. Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre-Vail Chapel are in charge of arrangements. EXPRESSIONS OF SYMPATHY Memorials can be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2924 Clifty Drive Madison, Indiana 47250. Contribution cards will be available at the funeral home and the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
