Kelly Jean Ross, age 58, of Paris Crossing, Indiana, passed away on
Saturday, May 27, 2023 at her residence. She was born on July 10, 1964 in
Seymour, Indiana, to Thomas “Tom” and Doris “Jean” (Baker) Hill. She
was a graduate of Seymour High School and went on to work at the
Walmart Distribution Center and later at Brock’s Restaurant in
Brownstown. For the last ten years, she was employed at the Lowe’s
Distribution Center. On May 23, 2010, she was united in marriage to Noah
Ross at their home in Paris Crossing.
She was baptized in the Lutheran church and enjoyed doing yard work,
attending dirt track races with her husband, and watching Indiana
University athletics. More than anything, she enjoyed spending time with
her grandchildren who lovingly called her “NiNi.”
She will be sadly missed by her husband of 13 years, Noah of Paris
Crossing; her daughter: Kourtney Ivy and her husband, Josh of Columbus,
Indiana; her sons: Kory Kindred and his wife, Stephanie of Uniontown,
Indiana and Levi Ross of North Vernon, Indiana; her grandchildren: Foster
and Wyatt Ivy, Ella, Gracie, and Jacob Kindred, and Ryker, Quinten, and
Kainnon Ross; and her brother: Steve Lintz of Columbus. She was preceded
in death by her parents.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 5:00 PM
until 7:00 PM at Christensen Family Funeral Home in Seymour, Indiana as
well as on Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 10:00 until 11:00 AM at the Coffee
Creek Christian Church in Paris Crossing. Funeral services will be held at
11:00 AM at the Coffee Creek Christian Church with Bro. Dan Corbin
officiating. Interment will follow in the Coffee Creek Christian Church
Cemetery.
