Katrinka Maria Malone-Cottongim

Katrinka Maria Malone-Cottongim, age 63 of Seymour, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Schneck Medical Center. Born March 17, 1954 in Seymour, she was the daughter of Fred A. Malone Jr. and Rosemary (Brooks) Malone.

Katrinka was retired having worked at National Veneer and Vescare where she worked as a caregiver. She will be remembered as someone who loved being around kids, whether it be her nieces or nephews or those she barely knew.

Survivors include her brothers, Jim Malone of Seymour, David (Pam) Malone of Seymour and Terry (Darlene) Malone of Vernon. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews as well as five very special children, Jaydien, Lydia, Oli, Alycia and Ziary.

Rev. Andrew J. Currao will conduct services for Katrinka at 5:30pm on Monday, July 24, 2017 at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre. Visitation will be from 3:30pm until service time at the funeral home.
