Joseph William Palmer

Joseph William Palmer, age 70, a native of Powhatan Point, Ohio and a resident of Seymour, Indiana, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020. He was the son of the late Charles Palmer and the late Sara Greenwood Grewe. Joseph was a Christian by faith. He will forever be remembered as a very easy going man that was slow to anger and was always happy. He loved music and could play many instruments. His love and talent for playing the guitar lives on in the lessons he gave his granddaughter. He loved getting out and enjoying life.

Joseph is survived by his wife of 19 years, Rhea Deweese Palmer of Seymour, Indiana, One son Carey Palmer of Florida and one daughter, Joy Palmer of Florida. Three sisters, Serita King of Ohio, Susan Nesbitt of Ohio and Paula Flowers of West Virginia. Two Grandchildren, Annabelle Fields and Harry Fields.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Vicky Bennett.

Cremation was chosen by the family and a memorial will be held at a later date.
