Jose Luis Dejesus

Jose Luis DeJesus, age 62 of Seymour and formerly of Columbus, passed away on Thursday May 3, 2017 at Covered Bridge Health Campus. Born April 27, 1955 in Sanjuan, Puerto Rico, he was the son Gregory and Rosa (Martinez) DeJesus.

Jose enjoyed going to car shows and working on cars. He also enjoyed playing Bingo at the nursing home. His passion was his family he loved spending times with his children and especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his children Francisco (Jennifer) Vega, Jose Jr. (Melissa) DeJesus both of Cincinnati, Ohio and Amber Salvador of Seymour; nine grandchildren, Tristen, Daniela, William, Keelen, Pamila, D’Angelo, Isaac, Brandon and Madison.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Raymond Martinez.

Funeral services will be at 3:00pm on Monday May 8, 2017 at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre. Visitation will be 1:00 PM Monday until the time of service at 3:00PM at the funeral home.
