John T. Cutshall

John T. Cutshall, age 42 of Lexington, passed away at 1:05pm Sunday, June 30, 2013 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in Columbus after battling cancer since 2005. Born August 26, 1970 in Madison, he was the son of Thomas Wayne and Jacqueline (Kitley) Cutshall of Lexington who survive. He worked as a CNA at the Hanover Nursing Home before his illness and prior to that worked for years at the Taco Bell in Madison. John graduated in 1989 from Southwestern High School. He was a member of the Community Christian Outreach Church in Chelsea. John loved to collect Bald Eagles in his spare time. Survivors include his parents Tom and Jackie, two sister Bobbi Butters of Lexington and her husband Jimmy and Anita Hopkins of Bloomington and her husband Michael. John was also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. The family will hold a memorial service at 3:00pm Saturday July 6, 2013 at the Community Christian Outreach Church in Chelsea. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Saturday, July 6, 2013 at church in Chelsea. The family has chosen cremation. Memorials can be designated to John T.
