James L. Anthony, Jr.

James L. Anthony Jr., age 76 of Hanover, passed away at 6:33pm Monday, August 12th at Kings Daughter Hospital. He was born October 24, 1936 in Moorhead, Minnesota to James Anthony Sr. and Mary (McCoskery) Anthony. On July 14, 1956 in California, he married Louise Souza who survives in Hanover. Jr. worked for over 50 years as an iron worker and retired from Javier Steel in Louisville. He was a member of the Ironworkers Local 70 Union in Louisville. Survivors include his wife Louise; five children, David Anthony of VA, Antoinette (Timothy) McClung of CA, James Anthony of Indianapolis, Lori (Ron) Scott of TX and Michael Anthony of Madison. Jr. also has four brothers, Robert, Mark, Thomas and Donald Anthony all of Utah. There are also 7 granddaughters and 2 great-grandchildren surviving. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Mary Neal and Shirley Schultz. A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
