James Handley, age 68 of Port Richey, Florida, passed away Tuesday morning, July 23, 2019 at his home. Born June 30, 1951 in Fayette, Alabama, he was the son of James Arvin Handley and Myrtle Dean (Adams) Hines. James was married to Esther May Handley who preceded him in death.
Jim was retired from Enkei International where he worked as a supervisor. He had moved to Florida 6 years ago. He was a member of Moose, Lodge #398 of Columbus. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, fishing, being outdoors and riding motorcycle.
Survivors include his children, James Allen Handley of Seymour, Christopher L. (Theresa) Handley of Columbus, James Eric (Amy) Handley of Hope and Ciera (Mitch) Jackson of South Carolina; siblings, Ann England, Patsy Handley, Donna Handley, and Crystal Handley. Jim also had several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, wife and brother in law, Donald England.
