James Allan Stuart

James Allan Stuart, age 57 of Brownstown, passed away on May 31, 2018 at Methodist Hospital. Born July 24, 1960 in Big Springs, Texas at the USAF Hospital he was the son of Lt. Col. John Franklin and Gertrude Hope (Wells) Stuart.

James loved music and was an avid Neil Young fan. He enjoyed nature, mushroom hunting and rock hunting.

Survivors include his son, Christopher Stuart and fiancé Shannon Remmert of Indianapolis; his close friend Rick Hamilton of Brownstown; one brother and two sisters all of Indianapolis and several nieces and nephews.

James was preceded in death by his parents and his brother John W. Stuart.
