Imogene Reynolds

Imogene Reynolds, age 73 of Seymour, passed away on Saturday, April 11th at her home. Born March 28, 1942 in Kentucky, she was the daughter of Charlie Smith and Goldie Reed. On June 30, 1961 in Jackson County, she married Harold Eugene Reynolds who passed away in 2006. Imogene attended the Wesleyan Church in Medora and Seymour. She enjoyed reading, watching the Food Network, walking and watching birds. She is survived by her children, Patricia Bizzell of Corydon, Brenda (David) Wischmeier of Seymour, Sandra Alexander of Seymour and Dennis Reynolds of Seymour; grandchildren, Ashleigh Bizzell, Zach Wischmeier, Tyler Wischmeier, Alyssa Scroggin, Hope Alexander; great-grandson, Carmine Ihle; siblings, Helen (David) Otte of Columbus, Opal Trapp of Seymour and David Wayne Smith of Seymour. Imogene was preceded in death by her parents, husband and siblings, Dan Smith, Kolene Mattingly and Lillian Waggoner. Visitation will be held from 4:00pm until 8:00pm on Tuesday, April 14th and from 10:00am until 11:00am Wednesday at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre at 311 Holiday Sq. Rd. Service will be held at 11:00am Wednesday at the funeral home with burial to follow at White River Valley Cemetery in Medora. Memorials can be made to the Imogene Reynolds Memorial Fund.
