Douglas Collins

Douglas “Doug” W. Collins, age 68 of Seymour passed away Thursday, November 27, 2015 at Seymour Crossings.
Born September 13, 1947 in Hancock County, Tennessee he was the son of John and Irene (Collins) Darkies, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his brother Bill Darkies.
Doug graduated from Medora High School in 1965 and was a member of the VFW and the American Legion Post #1925 in Seymour. He enjoyed playing pull tabs and crossword puzzles.
He is survived by his sister; Margie Darkies of Freetown; his step brothers; Clifford Darkis and wife June, Chuck Darkis and wife Evelyn of Medora and several nieces and nephews.
