Darryl Gene Mize

Darryl Gene Mize, age 55, a native of Seymour, Indiana and a resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. He was born on July 18, 1966 to George E. Mize and LaDonna (Trapp) Mize of North Vernon, Indiana. Darryl was a Certified Electrician and a Local Union IBEU. He loved camping, boating and water skiing. He was a caring and thoughtful man that enjoyed being with people and loved his family very much.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him and each life that he touched in his own special way.
He is survived by his parents, one brother, Brian Mize of Indianapolis, Indiana. His uncles and aunts, Steve Trapp and his wife Lucy of Seymour, Indiana, Lowell Trapp of Seymour, Indiana, Marsha Harris and her husband Jim of Florida and Rose Marie Roder and her husband Merideth of Florida.
Numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by hie Paternal Grandparents, Richard and Emma Rose (Brown) Mize and Maternal Grandparents, Murrel and Lorene (Darlage) Trapp.
The family has chosen cremation and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
