Cynthia Maragret (Salyers) Allen

Cynthia Margaret (Salyers) Allen, age 77, a native of Connersville, Indiana and a resident of Seymour, Indiana, passed on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at Lutheran Community Home. She was born on March 21, 1945 to the late Emery Salyers and the late Florence (Pierce) Salyers. She was a Christian by faith. She was very crafty and enjoyed making jewelry and silk arrangements. She loved her cats and loved "hot rodding" while driving a car, especially a stick shift.
She is survived by three daughters, Cyndy "Suzanne" Steltenpohl and her husband Bill of Auston, Indiana, Gina Allen of Seymour, Indiana and Jessica Meadors of Indianapolis, Indiana. One son, Charles Allen of Edinburgh, Indiana. Two sisters, Artherine Wilson and her husband Matt of Dayton, Ohio and Anita Rudolf of Greensburg, Indiana. Seven grandchildren, Brandon Grant, Ann Allen, Nesa Wells, Logan Allen, Nick Meadors, Elizabeth Smith, Michael Steltenpohl and Drake Meadors. Nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, David Salyers and the father of her children, Charles Allen.
Per her wished, crenation was chosen by the family and memorial services will be held at a later date.
