Connie Jean Lamb

Connie Jean (Lee) Lamb, age 66, a native of Scottsburg, Indiana and a resident of Deputy, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born on December 10, 1955 to the late Alfred Lee Sr. and the late Thelma (Gates) Lee. Connie was a faithful member of Bethany Baptist Church for over 33 years. She will forever be remembered as a kind, loving, caring and was always willing to help anyone that she could. She enjoyed working in her flower beds, mowing grass and spending time with her friends and family. The family will forever treasure the memories of her Hoagie Bun Sandwiches and Red Velvet Cake. Of all that she loved in this life nothing compared to the love she had for her family, especially her grand and great grandchildren. She is survived by her loving husband of over 43 years, Louis Allen Lamb of Deputy, Indiana, one daughter, Chasity Teltow of Austin, Indiana, three brothers, Donald Lee of Scottsburg, Indiana, Ronald 'Mouse' Lee of Scottsburg, Indiana and Alfred 'Junior' Lee and his wife Evelyn of Deputy, Indiana. Three Sisters Dorothy Parker of Deputy, Indiana, Linda Deaton of Deputy, Indiana, Jane McIntosh and her husband Ronald of Austin, Indiana and Carolyn Spellman and her husband Robert of Deputy, Indiana. Two Grandchildren, Kyle Walker and Cierra Teltow. Two Great Grandchildren, Aubrey 'Punkin' Teltow and Elias Shepherd. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Derek Allen Lamb.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 5:00 PM Until 8:00 PM at Christensen - Hoagland Family Funeral Home. Visitation will resume on Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM with funeral services beginning at 11:00 AM with Pastor Michael Payne officiating. She will be laid to rest at Bethany Baptist Cemetery.
