Billy J. Stevenson, age 72 of Seymour, passed on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at his residence. Born January 19, 1942, he was the son of Joseph and Vannie (Crim) Stevenson. He was a retired lineman for PSI, and worked at Wal-Mart distribution center. Surviving Billy is his wife , Norma(Phillips); sons, Billy Joe Stevenson Jr. of Seymour, Craig Allen Stevenson of Seymour, daughter, Terri Shelton also of Seymour; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, brothers, Bobby Stevenson of Metropolis, IL., Henry Frank Stevenson of Southport, NC. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Jack Talley and sister, Dorothy M. Stevenson. A private service will be held at Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre , 311 Holiday Square Road, Seymour on Tuesday June 3 with burial following at Riverview Cemetery.
