Beverly Kay Maples

Beverly Kay (Steele) Maples, age 82, a native and resident of Seymour, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Hoosier Christian Village in Brownstown, Indiana. She was born on February 16, 1940 to the late James Steele and the late Edith (Owens) Weekly. She was a Christian by faith. Beverly loved people and enjoyed spending time with them talking and socializing. She enjoyed Neil Diamond and attended a few concerts. Of all the things she enjoyed in life, family was always her priority.
She is survived by her son, Jason Maples and his wife Tricia of Westport, Indiana, one daughter, Jennifer McCue and her husband Chuck of Seymour, Indiana. One sister, Margie Johnson of Seymour, Indiana and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one infant son, Todd Maples and one granddaughter, Erika Maples. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 25, 2022 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Christensen Family Funeral Home with funeral services beginning at 1:00 PM with Pastor Jim Hudson officiating.
